    UK ETA Consulting is a private consulting firm. We are not affiliated with the UK Government. We assist with the preparation and submission of UK ETA applications.

    2. Accuracy of information

    You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide. We will review and validate, but final approval is the sole decision of UK authorities.

    3. Fees & refunds

    Consulting fees are clearly displayed at checkout. Government fees are separate where applicable. Refund eligibility is described in your purchase confirmation.

    4. Limitation of liability

    Our liability is limited to the consulting fees paid. We are not responsible for travel costs incurred due to delays or denials by UK authorities.
